Preparing for 21 day sugar detox

This has been a long time coming ... I have been on again off again for this past year. I will stick to a plan for 1-3 months and then off plan for the same. With this pattern I have lost and gained the same 10-15 lbs again and again. We have a trip coming up for November 5th ... Well from tomorrow to November 5th is exactly 21 days ... I took it as a sign to get it going. My workout plan is to do yoga and walk the first week, add yogahiit for the second week and for the third week and add bootcamp class. I will step on the dreaded scale tomorrow morning and take measurements and then I will take my new stats each week. 

Here's my plan for the first 10 days ... The items in parenthesis are for the boys. 
I will be posting pictures of my daily meals and snacks as well as links to recipes.

3 T Spinach, Sausage, Olive, Onion Thai Express CC Chili with cauli rice (cornbread) Shake Almonds
4 W Spinach, Sausage, Olive, Onion tuna salad in wraps Chicken Thighs / green beans  Shake Carrots and Almond Butter
5 T Spinach, Sausage, Olive, Onion Chicken Thighs / green beans  At church (bring dressing and chili) Shake Almonds
6 F Scrambled eggs  Tuna Salad in wraps Burger/ Grilled Broccoli/ (swt fries) (Take meal too) Shake Carrots and Almond Butter
7 S Pumpkin Pancakes eggs and Bacon  Burger/ Grilled Broccoli Cobb Salad / Vin Shake Almonds
8 S Pumpkin Pancakes eggs and Bacon  Cobb Salad / Vin Leftovers Shake Carrots and Almond Butter
9 M Kale, Bacon, Olive Bake Leftovers  Taco Salad (cheese and chips)  Shake Almonds
